Job Title:
Customer Service Representative | International shipment CSR

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in clients with their storage and international queries
Handle inbound inquiries, inbound calls, providing excellent customer service
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and reservations
Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide information about our storage solutions and promotions
Create quotation for clients


Requirements:

With BPO/Call center experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service attitude
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Sales-driven mindset Basic computer skills Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus


Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- call center: 2 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
