Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and grow our online community.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and interactive content.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, optimize content, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships and ambassador programs to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure all digital content is onbrand, visually appealing, and effectively communicates our messaging.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, and develop strategies to address any negative feedback or customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media and digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (X years) in social media and digital marketing roles, with a track record of success in driving engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisionmaking and optimize performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Pay:
AED15, AED50,000.00 per month
