Qualifications And EducationRequirements

• Bachelor's Degree required,engineering/technical degree preferred
• Minimumof 6 years Operational Military Fixed/Rotary Winged experienceand/or experience as an Instructor Pilot
• MH-60Romeo experience highly desired
• Must be able toapply aviation/technical knowledge to troubleshoot aircraft systemsduring device testing.
• Commercial fixed wing orrotary wing license preferred.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills are required. Allcommunications must be in English.
• Should beable to communicate orally in front of a small number of people(deliver a presentation)
• Must be proficientwith Microsoft Word, PowerPoint andExcel
• Experience with Microsoft Projectpreferred
• Analytical math skills necessary tocomplete the required tasks.
• Incumbent shouldbe familiar with and be able to operate on simulation trainingdevices.
• Incumbent should be familiar with andable to support Engineering or Operations staff on any type andsub-component of training devices.
• Must beeligible for DoD Personal SecurityClearance
