    About The Role

    We are looking for a pro-active Office Manager to join our team in Malta in order to assist with office tasks. We are ready to relocate a qualified candidate to Malta and pay relocation expenses and work visa.

    Reporting line: Office Management Team Lead

    Location: Dubai, UAE

    Worksite: office

    Responsibilities

    • Sorting and distributing post and parcel deliveries.
    • Office document flow management.
    • Allocating payments, submitting invoices and filing.
    • Conducting inventories,
    • Reception duties, including answering telephones in a polite and professional manner.
    • Dealing with email and telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monthly reports, and invoices, budget optimization.
    • Re-filling the stock for the entire office and ensuring an overall pleasant atmosphere.
    • Front office assistance, customer and supplier relationship management.
    • Liaising with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries, collections, repairs and other services.
    • Meeting and event coordination.
    • Excellent hospitality skills to assist with enquiries from C-level management.
    • Occasionally assisting Directors (PA).
    • Execution of other tasks which management may impose from time to time.
    • Management of two corporate apartments.

    Requirements

    • A minimum A'Level standard of education
    • Excellent communication skills, be meticulous in your work, and eager to learn
    • Be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
    • Fluent English language is a must, any additional language may be considered as an advantage.
    • Minimum one year experience in office administration and/ or personal assistant. Work experience in 5-star hotels, cruise ships and golf clubs may be an advantage
