Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive.

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources (HR) management.

The role will involve working closely with the management and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources (HR) managementKnowledge of local laws and regulations related to HR managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldCertification in HR management is preferredExperience in the WPS & PRO is a plus
