Job description
Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and government organizations/authorities and providing a key interface between the two.


Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses/rent to the company adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.

Respond effectively to the demands of the Business, employees and to assist them on all government related services.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all employees.
  • Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
  • Use online government platforms for new or renewing visas, labour contracts, licenses etc.
  • Facilitate obtaining and renewal of passports for employees.
  • Facilitate and followup cancellation of visas for employees.
  • Follow up to obtain change status for cancelled employees who will stay in country.
  • Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on event of death of any employee.
  • Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for business visitors.
  • Administer and renew companies' licenses, certificates and rent and tax remittances with various UAE govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.
  • Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other government related procedures.
  • Responsible for renewing Camp Contract and liaising with camp for any labour issues
  • Accountable in maintaining accurate records (hard copies and soft copies on the HRM database) for all above services.
  • Always aware of anychanging government rules and regulations requires
  • Any TO-DONOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized, and accomplished at short notice.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • 1 years of experience in similar job with strong experience with government organization
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Spoken and written Arabic is a must
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
