Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion
Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
Assist with the preparation of tender documents, contract negotiations, and project closeout
Attend site meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field in
UAE, with Joinery experience being a plus point.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
Knowledgeable in Autocad, Microsoft software, and Photoshop
Must know how to prepare all related construction documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other team members
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
