Business Requirements

  • Should be from
    Wireless/WiFi/Telecom background with substantial experience in the Enterprise WiFi domain.
  • Knowledge from one of the Principal WiFi vendors is an added advantage.
  • Experience from the
    WiFi System Integration is a must.
  • Should have
    5+ Years of Sales & Business Development domain experience.
  • Should have at least
    five years of Direct Customer Facing roles.
  • Should have a
    track record of achieving $3M+ as Sales Annual Target.
  • Should have active contacts and networking with customers directly.
  • Should have strong knowledge about the customer requirements across
    Malls, Hotels, Education, F&B, Healthcare, Transportation, Retail, SME & Enterprise.
  • Should be a HUNTER, then a FARMER.
  • Should have an end to end understanding of the WiFi networking but not limited to
    Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, HSIA Bandwidth Management Gateways, Load Balancers, Switches, and Routers.
  • Strong
    knowledge of WiFi Core Technologies is an added advantage.

Know-how and awareness of IEEE Standards and WiFi 6 is an added advantage.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

HR Requirements:


  • Bachelor's in
    Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecommunication or equivalent. Masters is an added advantage.
  • Passionate about user experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, no matter small or big.
  • Taking ownership and being accountable.
  • Should be able to join within 30 days.
