Business Requirements
- Should be from
Wireless/WiFi/Telecom background with substantial experience in the Enterprise WiFi domain. - Knowledge from one of the Principal WiFi vendors is an added advantage.
- Experience from the
WiFi System Integration is a must. - Should have
5+ Years of Sales & Business Development domain experience. - Should have at least
five years of Direct Customer Facing roles. - Should have a
track record of achieving $3M+ as Sales Annual Target. - Should have active contacts and networking with customers directly.
- Should have strong knowledge about the customer requirements across
Malls, Hotels, Education, F&B, Healthcare, Transportation, Retail, SME & Enterprise. - Should be a HUNTER, then a FARMER.
- Should have an end to end understanding of the WiFi networking but not limited to
Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, HSIA Bandwidth Management Gateways, Load Balancers, Switches, and Routers. - Strong
knowledge of WiFi Core Technologies is an added advantage.
Know-how and awareness of IEEE Standards and WiFi 6 is an added advantage.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
HR Requirements:
- Bachelor's in
Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecommunication or equivalent. Masters is an added advantage. - Passionate about user experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team, no matter small or big.
- Taking ownership and being accountable.
- Should be able to join within 30 days.
