    Role Overview

    Own the operation and optimization of referral growth mechanisms. Drive scalable user acquisition through referral products data analysis, and experimentation to improve conversion efficiency and user quality.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Growth Operations: Participate in the design, launch, and iteration of referral-related products and mechanisms (e.g. conversion paths, incentive mechanisms, user touchpoints).
    • User Growth: Break down the user lifecycle and key conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and
    • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously improve activation, retention, and conversion through data analysis and A/B testing.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Growth, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure

    • Project Management: Track feature iterations, experiment progress, and launch timelines.
    Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in growth, product operations, or user growth roles.
    • Hands-on experience with referral programs, viral growth, or invitation-based acquisition mechanisms.
    • Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and growth etticiency metrics.
    • Data-driven mindset with practical experience in data analysis and A/B testing.
    • Strong execution skills with the ability to drive initiatives from idea to launch.
    • Fluent in English with strong cross-tunctional and cross-cultural communication skills.
