Responsibilities:

Supervise Waitstaff: Lead and manage the waitstaff team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Ensure High-Quality Service: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Monitor service standards and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Coordinate Dining Room Operations: Oversee dining room setup, seating assignments, and service flow to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Guest Interaction: Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and handle special requests or accommodations.

Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that the dining room, service stations, and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Handle Reservations: Manage reservation systems, handle reservation inquiries, and ensure accurate booking and seating arrangements.

Assist with Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special features. Provide recommendations and assistance to guests as needed.

Upselling and Promotion: Encourage upselling of menu items and promote special promotions or events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Monitor Inventory: Monitor inventory levels of dining room supplies, such as linens, utensils, and condiments. Coordinate with management to order supplies as needed.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
