- To deliver excellent customerservice through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice anddemonstrating suitable products; building relationships with keycustomers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order toachieve sales targets and cultivate customerloyalty
- Highschool qualification
- 3 to 4 years retail sales or customerserviceexperience
- Welcome and greet every customer in awarm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customerservice at all times.
- Identify customer needs throughasking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriateproducts; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; closethe sale
- Receive cash or payment in anyauthorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills againsttheir purchase and provide professional cash pointservice.
- Handle customer complaintsprofessionally and efficiently, in line with the company aftersales policy, escalating to management ifnecessary.
