MAIN ROLE:
Primary Market/ Off plan properties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Discover clients' criteria and find projects that fit their criteria.
Conduct meetings and close the deal.
Stage and show new and upcoming properties.
Finds and reaches out to new prospects through calling and various other sources.
Brief the team and keep up to date with new project launches and developers updates.
Create a collaborative and competitive work environment for the team.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones.
Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan.
Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling and negotiation skills.
Support and assist agents in closing deals when required.
Ability to build a growing and strong sales team.
To be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team.
Manage, train, and develop a sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced in the real estate industry for at least 2 years as Off plan Sales Manager.
Driving License is a must and Car.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
Ability to hit target for team per month.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong personality and a "cando" attitude
Good Team player.
Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills.
Deep understanding of the broker's work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process.
