We Are looking for area manager with good experience on food and beverage to join for us

Job duties

Develops managers to achieve business results towards internal and external customer satisfaction

Time management:
complete daily, weekly and monthly schedule.

Provide guidance and direction to assistant and to the whole team including monitoring of performance. Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
Provides weekly and monthly financial reports, monitor P&L, to minimize food cost and variables. Maximize profit.
Provide P& L as per accounting requirements, and clearly highlights areas of opportunity of the restaurant. Works shouldertoshoulder with ASM to develop action plans for key opportunities as identified in P&L. Work closely with General Manager.
Produce halfyearly customer & competitor reports highlighting opportunities and threats.
Provide occasional updates as required for market reports. support the delivery of all marketing campaigns
Has a clear action plan for improvement of underperforming stores in area of responsibility
Benchmark's restaurant profitability vs. market numbers to highlight opportunities and trends
Completes random cash procedure audits and cash tally regularly.
Completes all weekly and monthly "Operational Reports" as per standard.
Develops local store marketing plans for priority store with assistance from Operation manager, provides regular updates to marketing team about the competitors marketing and promotional efforts.
Knows company "Operations Standards" for all in area of responsibility, and role models these on the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction
Conducts monthly Operational Performance Audits & Monthly Hygiene Audits. Support and supervise an effective monthly selfinspection program
Identifies priority ("atrisk") & ensure followup of monthly Operational Performance Audits until deficiencies are rectified
Meets/exceeds all company Operational Standards in the areas of: Quality, Service & Cleanliness, Sales, People and Profit along.
Completes a monthly schedule that is reflective of store priorities and submits to general manager monthly.
