Join Our Team as a Swimming Coach

Are you passionate about swimming and teaching others the joy of being in the water? Do you have the skills to coach swimmers of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors? If so, we want you to join our team as a Swimming Coach


Position Overview:


As a Swimming Coach, you will play a vital role in developing our swimmers' skills, technique, and confidence in the water.

You'll be responsible for planning and implementing effective training sessions, providing feedback and guidance to swimmers, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for swimmers of all levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
  • Conduct group and individual coaching sessions to improve swimmers' technique, endurance, and performance in various swimming strokes.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to swimmers to help them achieve their personal goals and improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate practice schedules, team events, and competitions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect for fellow teammates and coaches.

Requirements:


  • Certified lifeguard and swim instructor with CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience coaching swimming at all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes.
  • Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training methodologies, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of all ages.
  • Passion for swimming and a genuine desire to help others succeed in the sport.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate practice schedules and competitions.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
