Description

Maintain Bookkeeping and accounting entries.
Reconciliation of various bank statements.
Managing AP with ageing and timely payments.
Prepare and analyses of staff reimbursement.
Preparation of Invoices and assure the deliveries with the Project team.
Preparation of PO and track the project wise requirement and approvals.
Inventory management with supplier invoices and coordinate with Project team for physical reports.
MIS reporting and detailing of the expenses.
Activity report on weekly basis for the assigned task.
Perform all the finance functions assigned by the line managerSound understanding of accounting entries and policies.
Strong MS Office skills, specifically in Excel for reports.3 to 5 Years of relevant experience.
