The Role
Key Responsibilities - Inventory management of Maintenance store - Review requisition orders, raise the purchase order. - Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued. - Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer with approved stock management software. Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.

- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.


Requirements:

• Min 23 years' experience in Maintenance Store Management in manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Computer Software (Microsoft Office) and CMMS.
