Responsibilities
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practice.
- Establish new brands item in the market.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
- Manage the daily functions of the business.
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, legal rules, and all business operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to align with goals of business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience budgeting & forecasting
- Leadership ability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
