Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other industry partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our tourism offerings.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align business strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management for decisionmaking purposes.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the tourism industry.
Strong understanding of tourism trends, consumer behavior, and destination marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.

Pay:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:
