Description
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our tourism offerings.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align business strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management for decisionmaking purposes.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of tourism trends, consumer behavior, and destination marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
Pay:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
- business development manager: 2 years (preferred)
