We are looking for an experienced
Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This role is critical to the success of our sales team, as you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information and developing pricing models
Prepare sales reports and other data analysis as requested
Handle all administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as order processing, invoicing and customer followup
Provide support in creating presentations for customers
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales team
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and strategies
Maintain knowledge of our products and services
Assist in developing new business opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum 23 years of experience in UAE
Valid Driving license with clean Driving Record
Good knowledge about roads and maps in UAE
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
