- Attends daily production meetings.
- Manages payroll for Paint Line employees.
- Works closely with Operators, Lead Hands, and other Supervisors to ensure a cooperative effort in achieving company goals.
- Works with production to plan and schedule various products being painted across a range of painting speeds and hanging densities to maximize throughput while maintaining proper paint quality.
- Participates in planning and implementing new and improved processes, methods, and equipment.
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of production results through established reporting procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of paint booth spray applications and preventative maintenance.
- Identifies and reports problems and discrepancies. Initiates corrective action or makes recommendations as appropriate.
- Direct communication with the maintenance department for equipment that needs attention and follow-up.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in, and compliance with, all applicable Company ISO requirements.
