Responsibilities:


  • Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to established quality control standards.
  • Identify and address any deviations or nonconformities in the production process, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure effective coordination and seamless workflow.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with quality protocols and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to quality control.
  • Managing production quality of highend furniture/upholstery projects.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products at warehouse.
  • Time management ability.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar combined role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
  • Excellent understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, Fabric and techniques.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality products.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with luxury furniture is a plus.

Salary:
AED4, AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
