    Our client is a well-known financial institution in Abu Dhabi and they are actively looking for a Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be involved in managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for investment and non-investment roles.

    In this role, you will have the following main responsibilities:

    • Ensures an efficient and cost effective recruitment process as per company rules and procedures.
    • Responsible for defining the search strategy as well as the timely and cost-efficient sourcing of candidates for assigned vacancies.
    • Manages the various stages of the interviewing process, conducts competency-based interviews and writes accurate and robust interview evaluations.
    • Conducts salary negotiations with successful candidates of assigned job functions as per internal rules and regulations. Outlines and explains the various compensation elements (monetary and non-monetary) to the successful candidates.
    • Conducts in-depth and robust reference checks with previous employers and summarizes them in the required format.
    • Initiates and supervises the administrative process pertaining to candidate contact, interview scheduling and on-boarding. This includes administrative arrangements regarding the recruitment process, incl. on-boarding, visa, travel and training arrangements.
    • Creates, composes, edits and proof-reads administrative correspondence and documentation (including internal memos, employment contracts, circulars, ARMS requests, Starter Kit, etc).
    • Fosters business relationship with recruitment and other relevant consultants. Actively researches, evaluates and proposes new business partners and recruitment channels.
    • Assists in administrative problem solving, program/project planning, development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.
    • Researches information, gathers and computes accurately various data; prepares special and/or one-time accurate and well-presented reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources.
    • Addresses and resolves inquiries raised by staff, new joiners, visitors; reviews incoming/outgoing correspondence, and follows-up on operational commitments.
    • Establishes, updates, and maintains departments files and records; implements and maintains data management systems as required.
    • Assists in the training of less experienced colleagues and interns in the HR Division.
    • Participate in projects undertaken by HR Division in the capacity of a team member.
    • Carries out other similar or related duties as assigned by management.


    Requirements



    In order to be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Humanities / or equivalent.
    • CIPD or other relevant HR qualification is highly preferred.
    • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in international expat recruitment.
    • Familiar with the business terminologies used in investment management.
    • Familiar with the main industry players and has a high level understanding of their AUM, key players and organizational set up as relevant in a recruitment context.
