- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and check encashments.
- Process loan payments, credit card deposits, and remittance transactions.
- Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and currency exchanges
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries.
- Provide information on banking products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Ensure all transactions comply with AML and regulatory standards.
- Verify identification and documentation for financial activities.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and reports.
- Follow internal policies and procedures for cash handling and security
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, or Computer Science.
- 0–2 years of experience in banking, cashiering, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
