Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, occupancy and productivity while maintaining cost controls
Train, mentor and motivate team members and promote a positive work culture
Manage budgets and financial plans for the Rooms Division
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experience
Ensure compliance with all hotel standards, policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manager or similar role in a 5*/luxury hotel or resort.
Must be a fluent German speaker
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability
Indepth knowledge of hotel operations, systems and procedures
Strong communication, interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritse effectively
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
