JOB PURPOSE


Directly reporting to Commercial Manager, responsible of acquiring new business from new and existing customer and ensuring customer requirements are met at the highest level of quality.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

  • Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts to acquire potential and new clients that will contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Persuades clients that a products and services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and deliverables.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the Sales & Operations Manager.
  • Ensure that payment receivables are collected on time and in at best communication practice as possible.
  • Work closely with Top and Senior Management to fulfil customer/client's requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing in lieu of the received inquiries if necessary.
  • Anticipate customer/client's needs to provide appropriate solutions or recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to 4PL.
  • Meet personal and Sales Executive team KPIs.
  • Performs related activities as instructed by the Sales and Operations Manager.
  • Ensures correctness of costing submitted.
  • Performs related activities as instructed by the Commercial Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • BS Degree in Business Administration or related course
  • Minimum of 3 Years' Experience working as a Sales Executive
  • Proven Contract Logistics Sales Experience

COMPETENCIES

  • With Customer Relationship & Pricing in lieu of customer inquiries, requirements and quotations and proposals.
  • With Freight Operations and Warehouse Operations in lieu of Operations instructions and reports.
  • With QHSE in lieu of the regulatory, statutory and ISO standards and requirements.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
