Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience inproject management within the constructionindustry.
• Proven track record of managing largescale construction projects, specifically in healthcare,multi-family units, medical facilities, senior living communities,government, municipal, and transitconstructions.
• Proficient in constructionproject management software such as Procore, MS Project, orequivalent.
• Strong knowledge of constructionmaterials, processes, and equipment.
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a provenability to lead and inspire a team.
• Ability toread and understand construction drawings, plans, andspecifications.
• Solid understanding ofconstruction health and safetyregulations.
• Outstanding problem-solvingabilities, attention to detail, and organizationalskills.
• Ability to work under pressure,prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certificationwould be considered an asset.
