    Requirements:

    • Licensedand certified as a Physical Therapist (PT) or OccupationalTherapist (OT).
    • Certified in HandTherapy.
    • Basic knowledge of splintingtechniques.
    • Minimum 2-5 years of recentexperience in handling postoperative hand cases such as tendonrepair, replacement, and fracturecases.
    • Well-versed in all kinds of hand rehabprotocols.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and theability to communicate effectively with patients andsurgeons.
