He/She will also build capabilities and foster behaviors that would create and sustain a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement across DGF functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Continuous Improvement (CI) / First Choice (FC) program and methodologyDrive the CI/ FC methodology & thinking further into the business through standards, guidance and trainingDrive identification of country improvements areasScope, prioritize and set up CI/ FC Initiatives and manage Initiative portfolio
Job Requirements:
Logistics business background with good understanding of Operations and e2e processesExcellent communication, data representation, analytical and administration skillsGood organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong coaching and people development skills
