General Manager Jobs In Dubai 2022 | Mahmood Hussain Law FirmJob Responsibilities:

Managing the approved strategy and approved annual action plans.
Supervising the Compliance policies of both mainland and DIFC rules and obligations.

Managing the Firm technical platforms and office staff including lawyers and the administrative staff by providing training and coaching to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively.

Creating and maintaining budgets for the firm, including expenses for personnel, office supplies, marketingmaterials, travel, entertainment costs, etc.
Supervising the work of other legal support staff such as secretaries and paralegals.

Review invoices from vendors for accuracy and make payment arrangements with vendors who have not been paid in full and monitoring the collections.

Ordering office supplies and equipment for lawyers and staff members.

Managing lawyers 's caseload b setting u a ointments ith clients, ensuring that communication with clientsregarding case progress, and reviewing case files.

Scheduling staff time effectively to meet deadlines while minimizing overtime costs.
Managing the firm's finances b reviewing ban statements, preparing monthly budgets and forecasts, andensuring proper cash flow management


Job Requirements:

Managing experience of no less than 7 years in a senior management level in any of international law firms or highly ranked consultants' business.

Superior written and verbal communication skills both English and Arabic.
Advanced understanding of legal or consultants' office management practices including knowledge of accounting procedures and information systems
