- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing fiber laser cutting machines.
- Co2 laser, Laser Welding, and press brake Machines.
- Certifications in laser technology or related fields are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in servicing digital printing equipment.
- Certifications in relevant digital printing technologies, such as HP Indigo or Xerox iGen.
- Experience in the printing industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, and to work in confined spaces if necessary.
