Description

Executive assistant helps with the day-to-day operations of a business. Generally, handles all incoming and outgoing messages.

Executive assistant is responsible for supporting various office functions, performing administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficient and smooth business operations, and provide high-quality work to Management.

Executive assistants handle data processing procedures, writing business transaction report. Welcome visitors, verify their appointments, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department for their business concerns.

A business assistant also schedules a meeting, assist in accounting and human resources tasks, and support the executives on corporate decisions.

Responsibilities:

Organize Managing Director's reports and briefs him on daily basis about each department updates. Keep reminding MD about the deadlines and action points.
Maintain high confidentiality of data, details and discussions and should not disclose to anyone except MD.
Coordinates with all departments to fulfill the plan and objectives set by MD.
Support the management in being multitasking and fill the gaps as needed.
Do Sales Presentation training for new joiners as well train new sales coordinators.
Supports the Executive Director as needed
Performs any other tasks as requested.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 510 years relevant experience as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
With good marketing background experience
Organizational and filing skills
Have accurate skills in taking minutes of the meeting and taking notes
Great analytical thinking
Experience in SAP Business One will be an advantage
