    Job Responsibilities:
    Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services including destination knowledge through continuous learning. Complete trainings on new products/experiences/events as and when they are launched.
    Develop a thorough understanding of the required systems, including booking portal, communication tool and any other role related soft/hardware.

    Maintain awareness of promotions and incentives offered by the company brand to drive increases in sales;Ensure due diligence by always communicating terms and conditions to potential customers.


    Job Requirements:


    3+ years within the travel businessRelevant experience in a Commercial Sales/Customer Service environment (preferably within a travel environment solutions)Working with diversified, virtual teams, balancing priorities and staying on top of all tasks.

    O level school qualification
