Talent Acquisition Experience of a minimumof 2 years whether on agency or clientside

A minimumof 4 years total experience whether agency or clientside

This roleis targeting ONLY candidates based in Dubai with experience in theUAE or the GCC

-Experience in hiring roles within the followingindustries is very highly recommended: Retail, Real Estate,Hospitality and Logistics

-360 recruitment experience (managing bothrecruitment and generating business through different businessdevelopment methodologies)

-Track record of closing roles of differentseniority levels including executive and C-suiteroles

-Fluency inEnglish is a MUST, Russian or French is a strongplus

-Provenrecord of working versus stretched targets including building agrowing client database

-Passionate about client relationshipmanagement
