Operations Manager - Central Kitchen

Experience Required: 2+ years in UAE kitchen operations management

Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our central kitchen facility.

This pivotal role includes managing kitchen staff, streamlining kitchen processes, and ensuring that all food production meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday operations of the central kitchen.
Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure top performance and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Implement effective systems to manage food production and inventory.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Work closely with procurement to optimize supply chain and ingredient quality.
Collaborate with other department heads to align kitchen operations with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years' experience in a managerial role within a kitchen or food production environment.
Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency and managing a large team.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
