Description
To liaise with foreign suppliers/principals for price and availability and subsequent followups for units Readiness at factory.To Issue retail sales price to Equipment Sales Team for nonstock items based on manufacturer
s price list.
To perform PR Analysis and necessary internal approvals for placement of FPO.To prepare Foreign Purchase Order and PO for local Genset supplier against customer orders and for Genavco stock.
To communicate with the foreign suppliers for shortshipped items.To arrange L/C Performance Bond & Bank Guarantees through Finance Dept.
Responsible for implementation of Keyloop/Autoline Systems at Dept level for smooth functioning.
To prepare Budget & Brand Performance / Sales Performance / Balance ScorecardCPM and other presentations for Divisional Meeting.
To arrange for item code creation.
To prepare Sales Commission Forms for submission to Finance Dept.
To arrange approvals for Proforma Invoices from Plant Service.
RequirementsUniversity Graduate.
Minimum 23 years of relevant experience preferably in similar role.
Good command in English language.
Computer literate with good presentation skills.
Candidate with local experience of working either with Heavy Equipment industry/Automotive or Commercial Sector.
Internal candidate within JAM Group preferably female with similar experience as per JD.
Should be at least a Diploma holder with minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in automobile industry Must have experience in selling and marketing and branded products in similar field.
