Job Description:
The Civil Engineer position in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is a crucial role within the engineering and manufacturing industry.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects, manage project timelines and budgets, and contribute to the development and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop construction plans, specifications, and drawings for infrastructure projects.
Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather relevant data.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project development.
Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures where applicable.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure construction materials and workmanship meet established standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues during the construction process.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any project-related challenges.

Job Requirement:
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials. Proficiency in using engineering software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Professional licensure or certification as a Civil Engineer is preferred.
