- Degree qualified and at least 2 years PQE of construction and / or professional negligence litigation in Hong Kong or other relevant jurisdiction
- In-depth knowledge of construction law and the construction industry
- Knowledge and experience of professional negligence liability
- Experience of other general aspects of commercial dispute resolution preferred (including contractual disputes, fee claims and insurance law)
- Detailed and up-to-date knowledge and experience of alternative methods for dispute resolution
