As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Coordinator to join our team.

Position Summary:

As a Civil Engineering Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful coordination and execution of various engineering projects undertaken by the company.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects, including construction, maintenance, interior fitout decoration, renovation, and landscaping.

Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure project success.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.

Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other relevant records.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing any engineering-related queries or challenges.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any project-related concerns.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in civil engineering technologies, and incorporate them into project execution processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in coordinating and managing civil engineering projects, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, regulations, and best practices.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
