Relationship Manager -Wealth


The objective of the role involves providing independent financial advisory to High Net-worth Individual clients for creating, growing and safe-guarding their wealth.


As a Financial Advisor you will be prospecting clients, understanding their investment needs, designing appropriate solutions and advising the most suitable financial products alongside providing life-long partnership.


What are we looking for:

Someone with an entrepreneurial drive, persistent and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.


Prior experience within sales, business development and relationship management preferably within the financial services or insurance industry will be a big plus.

We are open to consider experience in sales from other industries like banking, real estate, hospitality etc. based on your aptitude to transition into a Financial Advisory role.

Good financial acumen is very important for this role alongside networking and sales skills.


Education qualification wise, you will at least have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University in business, management, finance, marketing or commerce.


  • To implement business strategies for achieving organizational goals, across products
  • Primarily responsible for selling India based investment products
  • Must have at least 3 years of proven track record in Broking, Wealth Management and Structured products in India or International markets.
  • Well versed with financial product offerings, both in domestic and international markets
  • Providing advisory services for various financial products like PMS, Mutual Funds, Insurance products, Fixed Income, Structured Products.
  • Should be able to acquire high value relationships of UHNIs, HNI clients, retaining and enhancing advisory services
  • Must be able to effectively handle client servicing for wealth management needs
  • To coordinate with relevant teams across organization to handle client queries
  • Must have zeal and enthusiasm to achieve targets set by the organization
  • Earning Potential: We follow an entrepreneurial model where you will be earning in direct proportion to the income generated on sale of insurance and investment products plus fixed salary and other benefits
