HR Managers are crucial roles within any organization, responsible for managing the company's most significant asset
- its employees. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations. Moreover, they assume a pivotal function in molding organizational culture and advancing workforce involvement and also possess outstanding skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria:

Typically, a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline is required, and a master's degree is desirable.
Minimum of five years of HR management experience, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
Knowledgeable of local labor laws, employment regulations, and human resource best practices.
Expertise in strategic human resources planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, management, and stakeholders.
Proven experience creating and deploying HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
