    **Passionate Dental Assistant Sought**

    Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated dental assistant from the Philippines with a valid DHA license to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our dental professionals in providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic.

    Responsibilities

    1. Assist dentists during various dental procedures by preparing necessary tools and materials, including instruments and equipment required for treatments.
    2. Evaluate and ensure the treatment area is clean and organized before, during, and after procedures, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
    3. Take and develop dental radiographs as requested by dentists, adhering to radiation safety standards.
    4. Provide patient education and answer questions about dental treatments and care, promoting informed decision-making and positive outcomes.
    5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories, facilitating effective communication among dental professionals.
    6. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files, optimizing clinic operations and improving patient satisfaction.
    7. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times, ensuring a secure environment for patients and staff.
    8. Assist in inventory management and ordering dental supplies, maintaining an efficient and well-stocked clinic.

    Requirements

    • Valid DHA license to practice as a Dental Assistant.
    • Experience working as a Dental Assistant (minimum 12 years preferred), demonstrating expertise and efficiency in daily tasks.
    • Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology, enabling effective communication with dentists and patients.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, facilitating clear and concise interactions with patients and staff.
    • Ability to build rapport and provide compassionate care to patients, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient clinic operations.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with dental professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
    • Proficient in using dental software for patient records management, streamlining clinical operations and enhancing data accuracy.
    • Strong commitment to adhering to safety and infection control guidelines, prioritizing patient and staff well-being.
    • Filipino nationality required, reflecting the company's cultural values and community focus.
