Description

Provides support to the professor to ensure asafe and stimulating educational environment.
Assists theprofessor in planning and preparation for daily activities; aidsinstructional efforts of the Faculty.
Assists the facultyin preparing lesson outlines, plans, and curricula in assignedareas.
Plans, prepares, and develops various teachingaids for use in the clinic, including activity sheets, drawings,and similar handouts.
Presents subject matter tostudents, under the guidance of a Faculty staff, utilizing avariety of methods including discussions androle-playing.
Leads clinic activities.
Assistsstudents, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments topresent or reinforce learning concepts.
May lead, guide,and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteersperforming related work;
May participate in therecruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area ofoperation.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties asassigned.


QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE:
MBBS- Bachelor of Medicine andBachelor of Surgery
Completion of internship.

Experience working as a tutor in a clinical skilltraining program in a teaching institution will be an advantage forthose considered for a clinical skill laboratory.

Forothers, working in teaching institutions with experience assistingin practical sessions for MBBS students will be an addedadvantage.
