Papillon Cake L.L.C is seeking a highly talented and experienced Barista to join our team at Al Barsha Mall.

As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional drinking experience for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including an extensive range of coffee and cold drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

Coffee Expertise:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee blends, the art of coffee roasting, and the intricacies of operating and maintaining espresso machines.

Possess the delicate skill of frothing milk to perfection.

Product Knowledge:
Differentiate between various coffee and espresso drinks, such as lattes, Americanos, flat whites, cold brews, and cappuccinos.

As you gain experience, showcase knowledge of roasting and grinding practices, coffee bean sourcing, and the nuances in the flavors of different types of coffees.

Efficient Order Fulfillment:
Execute orders quickly and accurately, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all customers. Utilize your barista skills to deliver high-quality beverages consistently.

Team Collaboration:
Contribute as a valuable team member by assisting co-workers as needed. Build a positive and collaborative work environment that benefits both customers and colleagues.

Customer Interaction:
Be prepared to provide drink recommendations based on your comprehensive knowledge of the coffee offerings. Tailor your responses to each customer, offering an educated and thoughtful approach.

Customer Service Attitude:
Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by being polite, positive, and attentive when interacting with customers and co-workers. Greet customers with a smile and strive to deliver orders promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Indepth knowledge of coffee varieties, roasting techniques, and espresso machine operation.
Ability to efficiently fulfill customer orders while maintaining highquality standards.
Strong teambuilding skills and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional coffee experience.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
