- Main missions: Wedding Planner Coordinator

Preparation: Coming weddings (booking the court, confirming documents), attend the weddings at the Abu Dhabi civil court

Prepare extra services:dinner, boat party, picnic, surprises, ceremonies...

Administrative support:validate suppliers invoices, maintain CRM and so on

- Tasks & Responsibilities

• Confirm booking from our sales teams;
• Prepare documents;
• Proceed with booking & payments;
• Discuss with the couples to prepare for their weddings;
• Offer extra services based on their requests & budgets;
• Organize midsize events (2 to 20 people);
• Maintain networks of suppliers;**:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or event management
• Work experience in events or customer support not less than 3 years at a midlevel;
• Having knowledge and skills in active event management:
• Certificates in hospitality will be preferred;
• Good communication skills with English proficiency;
• Experience in customer relationship management;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Creativity and team spirit, attention to detail and problemsolving skills;
• Speaking French or another language is an advantage;
• Extroverted ones with strong verbal and written communication skills;**:
