    Job Title:Â Professional Engineer (P.E.) | Energy Efficiency | Business Development Specialist

    Company Introduction:Â Oberon Initiatives Inc. is a provider of Energy Efficiency solutions based out of Massachusetts, USA. Oberon is partnered with energy and utility companies across the United States to provide LED lighting upgrades and solar solutions to large commercial and industrial customers.

    Overview:Â We are seeking a highly motivated Professional Engineer to join our energy efficiency team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales of LED lighting solutions to commercial customers. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, generate new business, and work closely with our lighting design and engineering teams to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each project.

    Must-Have Requirements:

    • Highly motivated individual with a go-getter attitude
    • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • 5+ years of experience in lighting sales or electrical project management experience in the Middle East, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Professional Engineering license or relevant certifications is required (e.g., P.E., CEM, LEED AP, PMP).
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • 5+ years of driving experience in the Middle East

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new LED Lighting sales business opportunities with decision-makers in the commercial market
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
    • Work with clients to understand their LED lighting needs and provide expert advice and solutions that align with their goals and budget
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients
    • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including tracking sales pipeline, following up with clients, and closing deals
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting sales or related field in the Middle East
    • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required
    • Minimum 5 years of driving experience in the Middle East
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
