Description
Swimming Pool Maintenance Manager (UAE experience in the same role is mandatory)


Role:

  • Supervise and manage a team of Swimming Pool cleaners, technicians and engineers related to maintenance of swimming pool and water features.
  • Ensuring maintenance work execution is within time and budget
  • Knowledge of Swimming Pool Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning
  • Maintenance resources planning and scheduling
  • Ensuring that all material used are always available at site as per the specification
  • Liaising with clients and their representative
  • Managing and monitoring the maintenance contract documents
  • Provide guidance, managerial and technical support to the team
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied
  • Monitoring the allocated budget is properly utilized
  • Ensure all the health and safety protocols are followed
