VESSEL OPERATIONSCOMMERCIAL:

To liaise with charterers for voyage ordersport of calls vessel sailing / proceeding instructions bunkersupply berthing prospects submission of vessel nomination documentsetc.
To ensure Stowage Plan isreceived from vessels. Get it approved from Superintendent andcharterers and then confirm the loadable quantity tovessel.
To arrange / obtaincharterers stamped / signed LOI (Letter of Indemnity) and send itto vessel for cargo discharging operation.
To followup with agent for vessel status.
Upon completion of a voyage to prepareFreight Invoice Lay time Calculation Demurrage Invoice AWRP invoiceBunker Invoice Port Cost Invoice as per the requirement of CPterms.
Follow up with charterersfor receivables i.e. Freight Charter Hire Demurrage and OtherInvoices.

AGENCY MATTERS

To obtain thePDAs & negotiate for competitive rates.
To confirm agency appointment to thenominated agent
To follow up withagent for final DA after receipt to scrutinize and forward it tothe HOD for final approval for payment.
To maintain record of PDAs and to ensure final DA isreceived.

CARGO DOCUMENTS

To ensurereceipt of cargo loading / discharging documents fromvessels.
To maintain record ofcargo documents and save in online folders as per companyrequirement
Followup with agent /vendors for Statement of Account for closing / settlement ofinvoices.
Appointment of ArmedGuard for HRA Transit.
To updateProvisional Expenses statement as per account requirement
Update receivables statement everyfortnightly

Graduatewith Competency in Shipping.
Computerliterate.
Good Communicator must be fluent inEnglish.
Experience of at least 5 years in asimilar profile in Shipping Industry and well versed with shipboardoperations.
