Qualifications

• May require a high school diploma orits equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or ina related area
• Must have experience in blastmedia, prep, prime, top coat (roller and spraygun)
• The employee must be capable of directingthe other employees that will be associated with this job to assurethat safety, quality and production areachieved
• Active Listening - Giving fullattention to what other people are saying, taking time tounderstand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate,and not interrupting at inappropriatetimes
• Time Management - Managing one'sown time and the time of others

• The employee mustbe willing to be trained on J L G lifts, and any other equipmentthat is used on the job site This training will require testing andthe issuance of "certification" cards byWood
