Key Skills/Experience Required:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalentMinimum experience: 5 years of project management experience, including managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of the project, including AICCTV installations in the public area.
Should have experience on the mega project or safe city/ smart city project.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within defined parameters.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and externally.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
Foster effective collaboration and communication among project team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Conduct project risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Facilitate effective communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and external partners.
Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and project review sessions.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Mentor and guide project team members, providing support and fostering their professional growth.
Represent the organization and the project at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.implementation
