Competently assesses patients and family's needs, abilities or behaviour using a variety of methods, including psychometric tests, interviews and direct observation of their behaviorDevises, monitors, and adapts appropriate treatment programmes, including therapy, counseling or advice, in collaboration with colleagues.

Works as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, nurses, social workers, education professionals, health visitors, psychiatrists and occupational therapists.

Offers therapy and treatments for issues relating to a range of mental health conditionsDevelops and evaluates service provision for patientsProvides consultation to other professions, encouraging a psychological approach in their workCarries out applied research, adding to the evidence base of practice in a variety of healthcare settings.

Education· Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and at least six years of a post-graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institute/college/university or a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, and PsyD (Doctor of Psychology)Experience· A minimum of two (2) years as a Clinical Psychologist in a multidisciplinary clinical setting or hospital or a mental healthcare service provider or a minimum of one (1) year as a Clinical Psychologist in a multidisciplinary clinical setting or hospital or a mental healthcare service provider.

Certification and Licensure· A current license/registration to practice as Clinical Psychologist.
